Winters' Tractor Parade 2025 At The Queen On Main (click on white arrow, make sure your sound is turned on!)

Cherished Traditions

Christmas time at The Queen On Main has become a cherished tradition for our family and friends. We don't spend Christmas there—it's reserved for our guests to enjoy. However, we do reserve the home  for ourselves annually for the first weekend in December during the renowned Winters' Tractor Parade, which we attend with family and friends.

The Queen On Main's close proximity to downtown and the fact that the parade passes directly in front of the home put us right in the heart of all the fun from a great vantage point!

Winters' Tractor Parade Delights Crowds

This popular event draws large crowds; this year, attendance was estimated at 10,000. The sidewalks overflow onto the streets, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement,, laughter, and a festive spirit. The parade always impresses, and each year the entries increase, in number, especially this year. There were tractors of every kind, fitting for Winters' farming community. Some pulled trailers or "floats" adorned with Christmas decorations, and lights filled with friendly, smiling, waving people. Some "floats" featured music, including a crowd favorite that each year showcases drums playing the rhythms of familiar Christmas songs. The reindeer forklifts enchant the children as they appear to fly through the air. The hot air balloon float, sends a 10-foot burst of flame into the sky, that also receive cheers of approval.

Turkovich Winery's parade entry is always a crowd pleaser with their 10 ft. flame.

Many local farms and businesses participate, and we cheer for our favorites. I'm considering that The Queen On Main and our Golden Moments Estate Farm should have our own entry—plans are already in motion with family and friends.

The Queen On Main's charm and warmth make it the perfect place to create lasting memories. Relaxing on the wrap-around front porch, adorned with traditional Christmas lights, greenery, and red bows, created a festive atmosphere. Space heaters added to the comfort. In all my years, which seem to be adding up, I can honestly say that The Queen On Main has provided me with the most joy during this special season.

Winters' small-town charm offers continuous seasonal enjoyment with lights, a beautifully decorated town tree, music, and shops. A stay at the renowned The Queen On Main is, to use an old saying, like the icing on the cake! We invite you to come and make your stay a tradition—create memories that will last a lifetime!
